Required Skills
4+ years of experience in US HR Operations.
Robust knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Experience in employee relations and HR documentation.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting US-based employees.
Knowledge of payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, UKG, or similar.
