Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design Internal & External Plumbing Systems.
Design Water Supply, Drainage, Sewerage & Storm Water networks.
Prepare GFC/AFC drawings.
Prepare Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings.
Design Pump Rooms, STP, WTP & ETP systems.
Perform Hydraulic Calculations, Pipe Sizing & Pump Selection.
Prepare BOQ, RFQ, Cost Estimates & Procurement Schedules.
Prepare P&ID;, Technical Specifications & Method Statements.
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC & Structural teams.
Coordinate with Consultants, Vendors & Execution Teams.
Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes & CPHEEO Guidelines.
Prepare Weekly Design Dashboard & Progress Reports.
Support Value Engineering & Material Selection.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design.
Experience in EPC/Industrial/Commercial/Residential/Manufacturing projects.
Knowledge of HDPE, UPVC, CPVC, PVC, DI, CI, Copper & PPR piping systems.
Robust understanding of NBC, IS Codes & CPHEEO standards.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
