Job Title: Proposal Engineer (Solar EPC)

Job Summary

The Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. The role requires close coordination with the sales, design, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

Analyze customer requirements and electricity consumption.

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimations.

Coordinate with the design team for SLDs and layout drawings.

Prepare tender documents and bid submissions.

Coordinate with vendors for pricing and technical specifications.





Ensure proposals are submitted within deadlines.

Maintain proposal documentation and pricing database.

Support the sales team during customer meetings when required.

Prepare ROI, savings, and payback calculations for customers.

Skills Required

Knowledge of Solar PV systems.

Understanding of electrical systems and SLDs.

BOQ preparation and costing.

MS Excel and MS Office.

Valuable communication skills.

Robust analytical ability.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

13 years of experience in Solar EPC pref
