Role Summary :

The Site Supervisor will support the execution of civil and interior fit-out works for retail outlets.

The role involves site supervision, coordination with contractors, quality monitoring, and basic technical support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise day-to-day civil and interior fit-out activities at site
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
Conduct basic quality checks and report site progress
Identify and escalate site issues, delays, or deviations
Support fit-out initiation, execution, and handover stages

Required Skills & Knowledge :
Basic understanding of civil and interior works
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (reading and minor mark-ups)
Ability to understand layout and working drawings
Positive communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
