Maintain feedback on each contract on collection efforts
Maintain MIS of recoveries done and delinquency flows
Counselling of borrowers over phone or physical presence on the advantages of timely repayment of loan etc.
Excellent negotiation skills to convince customers to pay their loan on timely manner
Qualification:
