Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for websites, web applications, Mobile Applications and digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to understand project goals, user requirements, and technical constraints.
Translate complex ideas into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing and interaction experiences across various devices and screen sizes
Optimize graphics, images, and other media assets for web performance, including considerations for loading times and bandwidth constraints.
Conduct usability testing, user feedback sessions, and A/B testing to gather insights and refine designs iteratively.
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation.

Requirements:




Proven experience in web design, UI/UX design, or a similar role with a robust portfolio showcasing cutting-edge and impactful design solutions.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar tools.
Knowledge of design principles, user-centred design methodologies, and accessibility standards (WCAG) to create inclusive and user-friendly interfaces.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user insights and business requirements into actionable design solutions.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on pixel-perfect design execution, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

CTC : INR 6 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs Per Annum
