We are seeking an experienced and proactive Bench Sales Recruiter to drive placements of our bench talent (available IT consultants) with clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Sell bench resources to direct clients, hiring managers, and third-party vendors.
Manage end-to-end bench sales cycle from requirement gathering to closure.
Maintain high bench utilization through consistent placements.
Build and nurture client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 2–6 years of Bench Sales / IT Staffing Sales experience in the US market.
Solid expertise in selling C2C, W2, and Corp-to-Corp consultants.
Excellent cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly placement/revenue targets.
Deep understanding of IT Technologies and skillsets (Java, .NET, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Salesforce, Data Engineering, QA, Tableau/Power BI, etc.).




Strong knowledge of Visa Statuses – H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, Citizens, OPT, etc.
Proficient in using ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, Recruiterflow, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Exceptional verbal and written communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, target-oriented workplace.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Prime Vendors and MSPs.
Background in both recruiting and sales (hybrid profile is a big plus).
Ability to understand technical requirements quickly.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
