Source, screen, and provide qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Coordinate with the team to meet hiring goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
Maintain robust qualified relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
