Required Skills & Experience:
Experience
8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Robust experience in Python, PostgreSQL, Bash, Docker and AWS.
Expert in Building the Scalable ETL Pipelines, Airflow (positive to have), Independent systems.
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of data modeling, workflow engines, automation frameworks, and real-time systems.
Knowledge of RBAC/permissions, data import/export flows, record versioning (draft/live).
Solid grasp of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines, monitoring.
Leadership Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate product vision into engineering execution.
Hands-on when required, but equally effective at delegation and coaching
