Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory returns and ensure all regulatory deadlines are met.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the organization's practices remain compliant.
Audit Support
Support internal and external audit processes by providing the necessary documentation and explanations.
Assist in implementing audit recommendations to strengthen financial controls and improve business processes.
Coordinate with auditors to ensure the timely and smooth completion of audit activities.
Financial Analysis and Planning
Assist in financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Provide insights into financial performance and recommend areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
Learning & Development (L&D;), Systems and Process Improvement
Engage in continuous career development to enhance knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial management practices.
Participate in training programs and workshops related to financial management in a manufacturing setting.
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
Identify prospects to improve financial processes, reduce manual effort through automation, and implement best practices.
