Responsibilities:

Strategic Channel & Retail Management: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales through existing channels and expand retail distribution across South India for appliance products.
Distribution Network Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and appoint recent distributors and retail partners to strengthen and broaden the company's reach in the assigned region.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key channel partners, distributors, retailers, and other trade stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Target Achievement: Set challenging sales targets for the region and individual partners,



continuously track performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement.
Scheme Implementation & Optimization: Effectively implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives to boost sales and market share. Monitor their effectiveness and propose improvements.
Inventory & Compliance Management: Collaborate with partners and internal teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock-outs, and ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations.
Team Leadership & Development (if applicable): Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team within the region (if applicable), fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
