Test Design and Execution: Perform Manual and Automation testing (Functional, regression, performance, integration) across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Custom Apps).
Automation Development: Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
Defect Management: Identify, track, report defects, working with developers for timely resolution.
Reporting: Generate detailed test reports and communicate quality status to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, BAs, admins, clients in Agile/Scrum settings (sprints, stand-ups).

Methodologies: Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and ITIL frameworks.
Tools: Hands on experience with ServiceNow ATF, performance analytics and dashboards. Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) are often preferred.
