Our client is a quick-growing green manufacturing company focused on tyre recycling and rubber product manufacturing. Leveraging advanced recycling technology, the company converts waste tyres into valuable industrial products, supporting sustainable and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices. The organization is currently setting up its new manufacturing facility at Gummidipoondi, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Mechanical Maintenance function of the manufacturing plant.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure maximum machine availability with minimum downtime.
Troubleshoot plant equipment and resolve mechanical issues.
Support installation and commissioning of current machinery.
Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and critical spares.
Lead and guide the maintenance team.




Coordinate with Production to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance best practices.

Desired Profile
8 to 12 years of Mechanical Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of plant machinery and maintenance planning.
Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Experience in commissioning or greenfield projects will be an added advantage.
BE/Diploma candidates with robust managerial experience are encouraged to apply.
Willing to work from Gummidipoondi.
