Greet customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with customer enquiries and generate sales leads.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Prepare product estimates and explain pricing to customers.
Coordinate with the billing team to ensure smooth customer transactions.
Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively at all times.
Inform customers about savings schemes, maturity details, offers, and promotional campaigns through telecalling.




Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve business goals.
Deliver excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures.

Experience in retail jewellery.
