Job Description:
Identifying potential suppliers through market research, obtain quotations, compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms, and support in selecting suitable vendors.
Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately, ensure proper approvals, and track order status from placement to delivery.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm orders, monitor delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, supplier details, and contracts for audit and reporting purposes.
Assist in tracking inventory levels, avoid stock shortages, and support in identifying cost-saving opportunities through effective procurement practices.

Required Skills:
Basic vendor management skills, negotiation skills.
Valuable communication skills.
Valuable knowledge in MS Excel, ERP tools.
