MBA / Master s in HR or related discipline

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead recruitment and workforce planning for teaching and non-teaching staff
Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity & POSH regulations
Drive performance management systems and appraisal frameworks
Oversee payroll, compensation structuring, and advantages administration
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Support audits, inspections, and board-related documentation




Lead employee engagement and career development initiatives

Eligibility:
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and education-sector HR practices
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
