Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Oracle CX Cloud Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle CX Cloud applications, customer engagement processes, and Oracle Cloud implementation/support projects.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle CX Cloud applications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and optimize customer experience processes.
Configure Oracle CX modules based on business requirements.
Perform testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Support enhancements and continuous process improvements.
Provide end-user support and documentation.





Required Skills
3+ years of Oracle CX Cloud experience.
Hands-on experience in one or more Oracle CX modules:
Oracle Sales Cloud
Oracle Service Cloud
Oracle Marketing Cloud
Oracle CPQ
Oracle Loyalty
Oracle B2B Service
Knowledge of CRM and Customer Experience processes.
Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced setting.

Preferred
Oracle Cloud certifications.
Experience working with global clients
