Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.

Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.

Solid understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test,

Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.
