Role & responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver technical training programs.
Develop training materials, presentations, and learning content.
Conduct onboarding and technical training sessions.
Coach and mentor QA/QC specialists and technicians.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Work closely with business teams to identify training needs.
Support continuous learning and competency development initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Apparel, Footwear, Leather, Home Textile, or related fashion industries.
Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
Proven experience in training, coaching, and mentoring teams.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 1-month notice period preferred.
