We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager, BDM, RM - Banca with 32 years of age to join our team in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Bancassurance and SRM.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch banking partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide training and coaching to junior team members to enhance their sales skills.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in Bancassurance, SRM, or Branch Banking is essential.
Robust understanding of the insurance industry and its products.
