Team lead, for the HCM co-ordination team, overseeing the smooth delivery of all projects
Manage HCM Team performance against set KPI Metrics
Regular 1:1s and Team Meetings to enforce regular communication with the Team
Setting Quarterly Objectives and Development plans for the Team
Responsible for working and/or supporting Co-Ordinator's on Backlog and revenue forecasting
Ensuring team are adhering to SOPs and supporting where needed
Highlighting potential project Risk or escalation
Working with the Project Delivery Manager, identifying process improvements and efficiencies
Responsible for ensuring team OLA performance remains above 90%
Process weekly & monthly reporting team stats/metrics
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 year of experience in a customer service setting.
Robust project coordination skills with team handling experience are mandate.
Excellent communication and administrative skills.
