Job Description:

DGM BE will drive continuous improvement across all organizational functions, ensuring the integration of best practices and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, ISO, Kaizen etc. to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The role focuses on process optimization, quality management, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Robust knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, QC, IP, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other excellence models

Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Thorough understanding of processes & systems across all functions

Excellent Inter-personal, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Hands-on experience in conducting audits, assessments, and Kaizen events

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, etc.)

Strategy & Process Improvement:



Lead the design and implementation of Business Excellence frameworks such as EFQM, TQM, TPM, or Kaizen.

Quality & Operational Excellence: Oversee internal quality audits, corrective action plans, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Project Management & Change Initiatives: Lead cross-functional teams on strategic improvement projects.

Training & Capability Building: Conduct training sessions on Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Management, etc.

Hands on experience in setting up things from scratch in product manufacturing set-up

Solid exposure to cross functional experience, doer/executer mindset

Knowledge of statutory compliances

Knowledge of IT systems like document management, dashboard management
