Job Title: Senior Associate/Associate - NACH Settlement Reconciliation Division: Offline Products Delivery Technology Years of Experience: 2 to 8 years Education: BE/BTech Location: Chennai

Requirements
Execute smooth operation of settlement and reconciliation protocols for NACH CTS products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with the technology team to address complex operational issues.
Identify prospects for process automation and drive improvements in customer service.
Provide all-around support to banks, covering both online and offline assistance, to resolve operational issues and facilitate seamless onboarding.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOP, resolving any issues related to NPCI operations in a timely manner.
Generate accurate and timely reports, including regular and ad-hoc reports, to inform business decision-making.
Sound knowledge of other NPCI products (IMPS, AePS etc).




The ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations.

AI Automation experience:
Generative AI Tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
Power Automate / AI Builder
Exposure to AI-driven automation tools for operational process optimization, reconciliation, exception handling, and reporting.

Key Skills and Experience Required
Robust understanding of NACH (National Automated Clearing House) and CTS (Cheque Truncation System) processes.
Familiarity with IMPS, AePS, and other NPCI offerings.
Knowledge of RBI guidelines, NPCI regulations, and internal SOPs.
