Define integration patterns, API strategy, and event-driven architecture.
Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Review code, optimize performance, and resolve complex technical issues.
Design integrations across ERP, CRM, HCM, SaaS, on-premise, and cloud applications.
Establish CI/CD, DevOps, deployment, and monitoring strategies.
Drive integration governance, reusable frameworks, and CoE initiatives.
Support presales activities, effort estimation, solution sizing, RFPs, and customer workshops.
