Role & responsibilities
Excellent drafting and contract review skills.
Solid knowledge of the Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, Labour Laws, and Commercial Laws.
Knowledge of litigation coordination and legal documentation.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Positive negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in infrastructure, construction, waste management, manufacturing, EPC, or environmental industries will be preferred.

Preferred candidate profile
35 years of experience in Corporate Legal, Compliance, or Commercial Contracts.
Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements independently.
Exposure to labour law compliance, environmental regulations, and corporate legal matters.
Experience coordinating with advocates and government departments.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
