Fleet Scaling & Fulfilment

• Manpower Planning: Forecast demand cycles and translate them into accurate manpower

requirements.

• Mandays Fulfillment: Ensure daily attendance and shift alignment to meet 100% of the

citys delivery targets.

• Sourcing & Onboarding: Design and execute recruitment drives to maintain a healthy

pipeline of delivery partners and ground staff.
Retention & Lifecycle Management

• Attrition Management: Analyze churn patterns and implement proactive "save" strategies to

keep our best talent.

• Resource Engagement: Build a culture of belonging through regular feedback loops,

recognition programs, and grievance redressal.

• Replacement Management: Ensure zero downtime by maintaining a "bench" or quick-hire

process to replace exits instantly.
Financial & Compliance Oversight

• Cost Management: Obsess over Cost Per Consignment (CPC) and Cost Per Kg (CPK).

You will be responsible for optimizing routes and resource density to drive down unit

economics.

• Payment & Compliance:



Ensure timely and accurate payout processing. You will own the

adherence to local labor laws, safety regulations, and internal audit standards.
Operational Synergy

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between the central strategy team and

the local ground operations.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor real-time KPIs and pivot strategies mid-shift if operational

bottlenecks arise.

Candidate Profile

• The Experience: 58 years in last-mile logistics, e-commerce operations, or supply chain

management.

• The Mindset: A "boots-on-the-ground" leader who is equally comfortable analyzing a P&L;

statement as they are talking to drivers at a distribution center.

• The Skills: * Expertise in high-volume blue-collar recruitment.

• Solid analytical skills (Excel/SQL) to track cost efficiencies.

• Negotiation skills for vendor and third-party management.
