Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Freshers to join our Finance & Accounting team. This is an excellent prospect for recent graduates to start their careers in finance and gain hands-on experience in invoice processing, payment management, customer billing, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)
Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
Assist in vendor account reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Prepare payment requests and support payment processing.
Maintain AP records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for invoice-related queries.

Accounts Receivable (AR)




Generate customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
Record customer payments and apply cash receipts accurately.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections activities.
Perform customer account reconciliations.
Resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate AR records and documentation.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Candidates with internship experience in Finance & Accounting are preferred.
