We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Standard PO to join our team in the Krazy Mantra Group of Companies. The ideal candidate should have experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Scrum ceremonies.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain product backlogs aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
Create user stories and story maps to guide product development.
Manage risk controls frameworks, including RCSA.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Job Requirements
Experience in Product Ownership and Business Analysis.
Proficiency in user story writing,



story mapping, backlog management, and Scrum ceremonies.
Solid understanding of Risk Controls frameworks, including RCSA.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an agile setting and adapt to changing priorities.
