Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, or lead generation The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers. This role involves identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and contributing to the company's sales pipeline.

Role & responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other prospecting channels.
Identify and connect with key decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Operations Heads, Sales Heads, Marketing Heads, and IT Leaders.
Schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings.
Understand customer business challenges and communicate the value of our software solutions.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for product demonstrations, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and pipeline generation.




Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile
13 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and take ownership of assigned goals.
Experience using LinkedIn for B2B prospecting.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Exposure to SaaS, HRMS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software sales will be an added advantage.
