Location:- Chennai / Bangalore / Erode
Reporting To:- Business Head / Regional Director Sales
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, high-performing, and result-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation for our Premium Residential Modular Interiors business.
The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of the assigned region, drive market penetration, build a robust ecosystem of architects and channel partners, and lead a high-performance sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
This role demands a robust background in consultative selling, team leadership, relationship management, and business development within building materials, interiors, furniture, home improvement, or related industries.
