BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Position Summary: The Senior Business Development Manager Corporate Interiors is responsible for driving new business opportunities for the architectural and interior design firm by acquiring corporate clients and commercial interior projects. The role focuses on identifying upcoming office fit-out and renovation requirements, building strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and real estate stakeholders, and converting leads into design and turnkey interior projects. Working closely with the design and project teams, the executive supports client pitching, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and ensures a smooth transition from business development to project execution, contributing to the firm s revenue growth and long-term client relationships. ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and generate current business opportunities with corporate clients, MNCs, startups, and commercial developers.
Track upcoming office interior fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects.




Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, real estate brokers, PMCs, and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and project teams to prepare design concepts and fee proposals.
Participate in client presentations and support design pitching.
Negotiate qualified fees, scope, and timelines to close design and turnkey interior projects.
Ensure smooth handover from business development to design and execution teams.
Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums.
Maintain CRM records, track leads, proposals, and closures.
Support management in achieving revenue and growth targets
