We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team in the bancassurance industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving business growth by managing branch relationships and collaborating with Axis Bank sellers.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Axis Bank branches to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
Collaborate with Axis Bank sellers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the bancassurance industry and its dynamics.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Experience working with Axis Bank or similar institutions is an advantage.
