Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and motivated Recruitment Interns to join our Hyderabad office starting 3rd August 2026. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within a global technology consulting firm.

What you will do :
Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Work with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing requirements.
Manage and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
Coordinate interview logistics and communication with candidates.




Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives (campus/off-campus, virtual).
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.

what we are looking for:
Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, or recruitment tools is a plus.
Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in recruitment/talent acquisition.
