The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Biology lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical laboratory activities.
Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
Create a secure and engaging classroom and laboratory environment.
Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
Guide students in projects, science exhibitions,



and competitions.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
Ensure proper maintenance and protected use of laboratory equipment and materials.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology, or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational technology.
