The "Head - Operations" is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end operational functions of our advertising business, signing-up with recent clients through active pitching and selling, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns as per clients' needs, effective utilization of resources, timely delivery of projects to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities
Actively search for prospects and convert them into clients of this organization
Develop persuasive pitches and make prospects interested, right from the first interaction onwards
Lead and manage the overall operations of the advertising business, ensuring smooth execution of projects across all departments.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, including creative production, media coordination, vendor management, and delivery of tasks involved.




Collaborate with Creative, Digital Marketing, Media Planning, Production, and Finance teams to ensure seamless servicing of clients' needs
Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation, and thus add more value to clients as well as to this organization
Manage relationships with vendors, production houses, printers, media partners, event agencies, and other external stakeholders.
Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Work closely with senior leadership - within the organisation and client-side - to support business growth, operational scalability, and strategic initiatives.
