Mission
Develop and optimize stamping processes for automotive sheet metal components.
Prepare and finalize method plans for stamping dies.
Perform feasibility studies for recent body panel development.
Conduct stamping simulation, formability analysis, springback analysis, and process validation.
Support die development, prove-out, tryout, commissioning, and production readiness.
Analyze manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and productivity.
Perform DFMEA, Process FMEA, and risk assessment for stamping processes.
Drive process optimization, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction.
Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, and Suppliers during current project execution.




Review die design and recommend engineering changes based on simulation results.
Support die buy-off activities at supplier locations and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Handle engineering changes, 4M implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
Lead project execution and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launch.
