Role & responsibilities
Attend meetings conducted in German and act as a communication bridge between the customer and internal teams for the IMDS project.
Learn and understand technical terminology related to IMDS, including both generic and customer-specific terms, to effectively follow discussions.
Participate in monthly steering committee meetings and present project statistics and updates.
Capture accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and communicate key actions and decisions to the internal team.
Manage and respond to German-language email communications related to the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in German (reading, writing, speaking) minimum B2/C1 level preferred.




Ability to understand and translate technical terminology, preferably in automotive or regulatory domains.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Positive documentation and organizational abilities.
Basic understanding of IMDS or willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in IMDS, automotive compliance, or supply chain projects.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance concepts (e.g., REACH, RoHS) is an advantage.
Experience working with international clients or cross-functional teams.
