Role & responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
Design and implement robust test automation frameworks tailored specifically to medical device applications (BDD frameworks a plus, e.g., SpecFlow).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate software against requirements.
Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product teams to define comprehensive test cases and automation strategies.
Ensure automation test coverage rigorously aligns with regulatory standards: FDA 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, and ISO 13485.
Troubleshoot and debug automation failures; identify critical issues and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
Integrate automated tests seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for automated test scripts, test results, traceability matrices, and compliance audits/inspections.

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 3–6 years of demonstrated experience in test automation using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of the medical device software development and testing lifecycle is mandatory.
Frameworks: Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, or SpecFlow (BDD).
DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, and ISO 13485.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Location: Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
