We are looking for an SAP ABAP HCM Consultant with 46 years of experience in SAP HCM technical development. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Core HCM ABAP objects, Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and HR Infotypes.
Key Responsibilities
• Solid ABAP development experience in SAP HCM.
• Experience with Payroll, PA, OM, Time Management, and HR Infotypes.
• Development of Reports (Classical/ALV), SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Interfaces.
• Knowledge of PNP/PNPCE Logical Databases, HR Function Modules, and Payroll Clusters.
• Experience with BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, User Exits, and BAdIs.
• Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
• Ability to work closely with functional teams and deliver technical solutions.
