Role Overview

Lead a team of engineers delivering scalable Java backend systems and React-based frontend applications integrated with cloud and contemporary data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Own sprint execution, roadmap delivery, and team performance.
Drive backend API design using Java and Spring Boot.
Ensure frontend architecture quality and React performance standards.
Oversee cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps processes.
Guide Snowflake and Databricks integrations.
Mentor engineers and conduct performance reviews.

Technical Expectations
Solid backend system design using Java.
Advanced React development and state management knowledge.
Hands-on cloud deployment experience.
Working knowledge of Snowflake schemas and Databricks workflows.

Preferred




AI feature integration exposure.
BI/reporting system experience.
