Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Purchase team. The
candidate will support procurement and purchase operations, including vendor coordination,
material planning, purchase documentation, and inventory monitoring to ensure smooth supply of
materials for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the purchase team in procurement of materials and issuing purchase orders to vendors.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
Support vendor comparison and price analysis to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and procurement documentation.
Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with internal teams for material requirements.




Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams for smooth material availability.
Support preparation of purchase reports, vendor records, and order tracking updates.
Ensure proper documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and
delivery challans.
Follow company procurement policies and supply chain procedures.
Participate in procurement planning meetings and SCM discussions when required.
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Civil / Production)
MBA / PGDM in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations
Understanding of vendor management and purchasing processes
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Solid coordination and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team setting and learn quickly
