Key Responsibilities:

Job description: Purchase executive
Procurement of all Kinds of materials used in Building Projects in approval with purchase head
To handle day to day functioning of purchasing thought quote by vendor and Price negotiation.
To identify quality vendors and negotiate rates and delivery timelines etc.
Ensuring adherence to technical/engineering specifications and procedures in the purchase orders.
Initiate and complete the procurement process in a cost effective and ethical manner considering price, service, quality, inventory positions, and operations requirements, in accordance with the company procedures.
Preparation of Purchase order with valid terms and conditions using ERP.
Arrange meetings, coordinate with the vendor, technical and financial departments to discuss and finalize the correct technical parameters and commercial terms to be incorporated into the purchase orders.




Attend all the post order technical queries from the vendors for the effective execution of the purchase orders released.
Liaising with vendors and logistics for the timely delivery of the materials.
Ensuring timely payments to Vendors by following up with the accounts department.
Time to time developing network of vendor connections and product updations based on the market condition
