Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and help the team to convert leads into customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain the company's services clearly and professionally, and evince interest among prospects
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information, in a timely manner
Follow-up with potential customers to close sales or collect feedback.
Maintain accurate call records and update outreach database
Achieve daily, weekly, & monthly calling and sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships through persuasive communication skills
