Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients and mise en place.
Assist in preparing breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, pasta, salads, and other caf menu items.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Wash, clean, and organize kitchen equipment.
Follow FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards.
Receive, store, and organize stock using FIFO.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Learn recipes, food preparation techniques, and plating standards.
Perform opening and closing kitchen duties.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Hotel Management graduates or candidates with culinary training are preferred.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.




Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Tamil speaking preferred. Basic English communication is an added advantage.
