Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, and alignment of CNC Rotary Tables.
Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and servo-related issues.
Preventive maintenance and after-sales service support.
Customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
Coordination with Sales, Production, and Technical teams.
Preparation of service reports and technical documentation.
Travel to customer sites across the assigned region.
