Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for hospital projects.
Develop working drawings, construction drawings, and presentation drawings using CAD and BIM software.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
Support the review and approval of architectural drawings submitted by consultants and contractors.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Assist in resolving architectural and site-related issues during construction.
Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, National Building Code (NBC), fire safety regulations, and hospital design standards.
Prepare quantity estimates, material specifications, and architectural documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material selection and mock-up approvals.
Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and records.
Participate in project review meetings and prepare progress reports.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred.
13 years of experience in architectural design or execution.




Experience in hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects is preferred.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of Revit/BIM.
Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or similar 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Understanding of healthcare planning guidelines, NBC, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards.
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
