Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Review zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations to ensure project legality.
Financial Modeling: Estimate total project costs (acquisition, construction, marketing) and calculate ROI, NPV, and IRR.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks such as legal disputes, construction delays, or market shifts, and plan contingencies.




Reporting & Recommendations: Compile findings into comprehensive reports for senior management or investors to support decision-making.
