Role & responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and reusable UiPath automation solutions.
Review solution architecture, process design, and code quality.
Lead end-to-end RPA delivery from requirements to production support.
Manage and mentor the RPA development and support team.
Plan resource allocation, task assignment, and delivery schedules.
Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and governance.
Drive technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and provide timely escalations.
Monitor project progress, quality, SLAs, and team performance.
Support presales activities, effort estimation, and solution proposals.
Promote continuous improvement, automation standards, and knowledge sharing.





Required Skills
Robust expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Valuable understanding of APIs, databases, web services, and system integrations.
Experience with source control (Git/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD practices.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

Experience
812+ years of IT experience.
5+ years of hands-on UiPath development.
2+ years in Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.
Experience managing RPA development and support teams.
