Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML MCP Python Developer with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions, build scalable APIs, and integrate AI models into enterprise applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications using Python.
Build and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions.
Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for intelligent search and knowledge retrieval.
Implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI model communication and orchestration.
Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services for AI-powered applications.
Integrate foundation models, embeddings, vector search, and AI services into enterprise solutions.
Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and production deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve AI application performance.




Prepare technical documentation and follow best coding practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills
Robust programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience building RAG applications and retrieval pipelines.
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
5 8 years of experience in AI/ML and Python development.
Experience delivering production-grade AI applications.
Valuable understanding of machine learning workflows and AI application architecture.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting and contribute to enterprise AI initiatives.
