Role & responsibilities

Required:
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), BSc. in Visual Communication, or related field.
12+ years of progressive graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in a management or team leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing creative teams and delivering large-scale design projects.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with emerging digital design platforms.
Understanding of creative Generative AI platforms
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing design teams; ability to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
Experience developing and implementing brand strategies.
Robust portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and problem-solving skills.
Experience in recruiting and developing creative talent.
